All three have been charged with armed robbery, theft by taking, and burglary in the first degree, according to Sgt. Bryan Zimbardi with Cumming P.D. They are being held at the Forsyth County Detention Center.

Davis, Nash and McLaren are suspected of a home invasion at a residence in Adair Park located off Sawnee Drive on Tuesday, Oct. 16, just before 4 p.m. One of the suspects was armed with a semi-automatic pistol.

Zimbardi told Cumming Patch that a 17-year-old boy, who lives at the home, was struck by the pistol and held at gunpoint, but was later treated at the scene and appeared to be okay. His parents were not home during the time of the incident.

The suspects allegedly ransacked the home and took an undisclosed amount of cash, jewelry and electronic equipment that belonged to the teen and his parents.

Zimbardi said the items have yet to be recovered and would not say whether or not the teen knew the suspects.

"At this point and time I cannot release any of that information," he said.
