Warrants Filed in Crash that Killed Cumming Man

Arrest warrants have been obtained by a woman in connection with a .

George Gordon, spokesman for the , said charges have been made against the driver of the vehicle that investigators say initiated the traffic crash.

Now that the , Haleigh Davis Fine has been charged with:

• Second Degree Vehicular Homicide
• Failure to Maintain Lane

She is represented by an attorney and is expected to turn herself in to police at 5 p.m. on May 16.

Edward Kivlin, 67, of Cumming, died on the scene. Police say a red Honda Civic struck a Nissan Pathfinder, which slid into the grassy gore area, struck a guardrail and overturned several times.
