Forsyth County Property Taxes Due Nov. 15

The 2011 Forsyth County property tax bills are due Tuesday, Nov. 15.

It's almost that time of the year again, no not April 15, but Tuesday, Nov. 15. That's the day the 2011 Forsyth County property tax bills are due.

If your property taxes are not already paid out of an escrow account, the due date is quickly approaching. Property taxes can be paid in person through Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at either of the locations, Main Office, 1092 Tribble Gap Road or Sharon Springs Park Branch Office, 1950 Sharon Road.  

For convenience, curb-side payments (checks only) will be accepted at both locations today and again on Nov. 14 and 15.

If you're paying your taxes at the main office, .

Forsyth County's accepted forms of payment for property taxes are cash, check, money order and debit card. Taxes may also be paid online via the Forsyth County Web site. If and when you pay online a convenience fee of 2.5 percent will be added to the tax bill.
