MARTA Riders Must Change Trains at Lindbergh Station Sunday

Track work by the transit agency will make a trip from North Springs to the airport longer.

Forsyth County customers traveling from the North Springs MARTA station south on Sunday, Feb. 13, will need to transfer to a Gold Line train at Lindbergh Station to continue southbound.

The transit agency is completing track work that requires this change in schedule.

If you plan to travel northbound from the airport you will need to transfer to a Red Line train at Lindbergh Station to continue to North Springs Station. At College Park Station, all trains will board on the northbound platform. The Blue/Green Lines will not be impacted.

MARTA officials advise customers planning travel on these lines to allow extra time for their trip. Red Line trains will only operate between North Springs and Lindbergh; therefore, service between Lindbergh and Airport Stations will be running at a reduced frequency – only every 20 minutes.
