Proposed Changes to the Forsyth Co. Unified Development Code

The proposed modification would allow the protection of a property owner's non-conforming status when a lot is reduced due to the lot being condemned or sold or dedicated to an entity with the power of condemnation.

Notice is hereby given that the Forsyth County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a possible amendment to the Forsyth County Unified Development Code (UDC), at the Commission’s regular meeting on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. 

The meeting will be held in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Suite 220 of the Forsyth County Administration Building located at 110 East Main Street in Cumming.  

The purpose of the public hearing shall be for public review and comment concerning a proposed amendment to the Forsyth County Unified Development Code, Chapter 10, pertaining to non-conforming lots.
