Daddy Boot Camp Class for Rookies

The Bennett Education Center at Northside Hospital Forsyth regularly offers a daddy boot camp class for expectant dads. The class is facilitated by a "coach"  and allows men to discuss their new role as a father. There are a mix of topics including support for the postpartum mother, bonding with your newborn, and how to balance your time between fatherhood, family and personal needs. Online registration is required at www.northside.com.
