Massage for Pregnancy & Labor Class for Couples
The Bennett Education Center at Northside Hospital Forsyth regularly offers a massage for pregnancy and labor class for couples. Couples will learn massage techniques that will help to reduce stress, promote well-being and relaxation, and relieve discomfort for the pregnant and laboring mom.
