Forsyth BOE Members Sworn In

Three members of the Forsyth County BOE were sworn in on Thursday and will begin their new terms in January.

Incumbents Tom Cleveland (beginning his third term), Darla Light (beginning her second term) and Nancy Roche (beginning her fourth term), were sworn in as members of the Forsyth County Board of Education Thursday, Dec. 13.

In the general election in November, Cleveland ran unopposed for the District 3 seat, Light ran unopposed for the District 4 seat and Roche also ran unopposed for the District 5 seat.

The BOE members, who were sworn in by Judge Woody Jordan, begin their new terms in January.
