Help Chris Walk Again 5K is being held Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. at First Redeemer Church.
This event is being held for Chris Pickard, a 2011 graduate from . Two weeks before graduation, Chris was a passenger in a car that was involved in a car accident that left him a quadriplegic.
Chris is doing intense physical therapy through Project Walk, which is opening a facility here in our area April 15.

Chris has a great chance of walking again with this continued therapy. Insurance does not pay for this type of physical therapy and it costs him about $105 an hour.
