Step Aerobics with Cumming City Park
This six week class involves stepping up & down on an adjustable platform while simultaneously performing upper body movements. The intensity of the workout can be adjusted by changing the height of the platform and the duration of upper body movements. It begins with a warm-up, proceeds to a cardiovascular workout followed by a cool-down and ends with floor work and toning. Step aerobics allows you to work at your own pace as you burn fat and calories.
