Setting a new school record with nine regular season wins, West Forsyth knocked off the winless Hornets in Roswell Friday night 35-14.

Quarterback AJ Erdely threw touchdowns and rushed for another to lead the Wolverine offense. Blake Roberts and Jake Wieczorek both rushed for touchdowns as well.
West Forsyth has a bye next week and will host a first round playoff game Nov. 11.

Lambert struggled to get anything going offensively as they were blanked by Rome 16-0 at home Friday night.
Lambert (7-2) has already clinched a playoff berth and they face the winless Cass Colonels next week.

Despite a slim lead with three minutes to play, the Bulldogs let one slip through their hands Friday night as they dropped a close one to Sequoyah 26-22.
“It was a back and forth game,” said head coach Chris Bennett. “It was a good fought football game.”
Spencer Transeu scored two touchdowns for Forsyth Central and Michael Branigan added a rushing touchdown.
The Bulldogs dropped to 2-7 on the season as they prepare for Johns Creek next Friday.

The Raiders dropped their fourth consecutive game after losing to Milton Friday night 30-14.
North Forsyth hosts Alpharetta next week.
