Georgia Housing Market Recovery Continues

Georgia Association of Realtors posts all positive trends for the state's housing market.

The Georgia Association of Realtors published the following numbers for the state in November:

  • New Listings decreased 17 percent
  • Pending Sales  were up 28 percent
  • Inventory Levels shrank 31 percent
  • Median Prices  rose 21 percent
  • Average Prices rose 13 percent
  • Months Supply of Homes for Sale decreased 38 percent
  • Days on Market decreased 10 percent to 94 days
  • All indicators going in the right direction - and of course, we are experiencing similar trends here in Forsyth County.
