Bruster's natural ice cream is made in-house. The national parlor offers more than 170 flavors and frequently changes recipes according to the season. October is apple month, so Caramel Apple Crunch and Deep Dish Apple Pie ice cream are featured. Bruster's also offers sundaes, splits, cakes, pies, smoothies, yogurt, sherbet and sorbet. Although the store is small, it's popular with families and the after-school crowd.
