Since I'm a Yankee, I can tell you that nothing ranks up there like food from a specific region of the country. I miss the Polish food, the Coney Island Hot Dog, New York & Chicago Pizza, and even San Francisco Sour Doug Bread. The same can be said for Southern BBQ. 'Cue understands this and has managed to authentically produce (not reproduce) real smoked BBQ with ingredients straight out of the garden. Not everyone can distinguish the subtle difference between cooking methods so when I say that 'cue does it right, I have eaten there many times with a certified southerner who smokes his own at home and, if he agrees, I'm pretty sure I've eaten the best. If you agree, remember to tell the owner 'cause he's on site making sure you're happy and satisfied.

if you're looking for great BBQ, look no further. even the parking lot smells good. my first time there I tried the pork platter and got hooked. home made bread, great sides and apps (smoked wings, yum!) friendly staff, cool interior...this place has it all.
