Dojo American Karate in Cumming is a family oriented karate and jiu jitsu teaching facility. The instructors believe the art of karate teaches self-discipline, reinforces family values and encourages each student to develop and strive for their personal best. After school programs are offered with transportation from local schools. Birthday parties and summer camps are also offered at this location. Adam Parman, a 3rd degree black belt instructor, says that the teaching of mental confidence and self control is important. He enjoys his students of all ages and welcomes anyone thinking of trying the sport of karate to come in for a two week trial.
