There is no Negative Star
I have been satisfied with this company before, have ordered Edible Arrangements, not from this store though.
We ordered an arrangment costing $80 and it Molded in One DAY. I called and spoke with the owner Ana and she wouldn't offer me anything not even an appology, she just told me it was my fault that the fruit molded. I don't understand how it could be my fault when There is NO PROOF of when she cut that fruit, it could have been 2 days old already when I received it.
I am very unsatisfied, due to no understanding from the owner Ana, as I have called Edible Arrangements and made a formal complaint and she never responded!
