We absolutely love First Baptist Preschool. My son has attended here since he was 2 and it has been truly amazing. Not only is it a great learning environment, but the teachers love your child and are the best around. I cannot say enough about this school. My son is more than prepared for Kindergarten!

This school is beyond amazing! I use the word school as to not confuse this with a mother's morning out preschool program. Lisa Blevins has done an outstanding job of developing a curriculum that is age appropriate yet challenging for each age level. All the teachers in this program are selected carefully and are placed through Lisa's expertise and prayer discernment. Several of the teachers, especially in the 4K and 5K program hold master's degrees and most have some degree of post secondary education training!! We moved to FBC Weekday Preschool last year after we realized that our daughter, who was enrolled in another preschool, was receiving very little instruction and knew absolutely zero letters of the alphabet. She was in a three's class at the time. We move to FBC Weekday mid year and by May she knew all uppercase letters and most lower case. It is now two-thirds the way through her last year there and she is reading, doing addition and subtraction and conducting science experiments every week. Additionally, when we enrolled at FBC she was very behind. There was a specialist that pulled her out of class once a week and worked with her one on one until she caught up to her peers. This is no ordinary preschool program. It is like she is getting a kindergarten eduction already! The teachers, the program, the curriculum and special areas (spanish, computers, and chapel) are far superior to anything you would find in this city or county!

I have sent all three of my children here and loved it so much I have taught here for 6 years. It is truly a blessing to be a part of something that serves such a great purpose for our children and our community. The relationships between the teachers, students, parents, and staff guided by Christian values makes it a wonderful choice! It is a nurturing environment where children are loved and build a strong foundation for life.

There are no words to describe the joy and enrichment that my 2 boys and really our entire family has received from First Baptist Preschool. Every teacher and staff member are so caring and positive that it makes you want to be there. Their academic program is structured in a way that makes learing fun. I have been amazed at the advances that I have seen in my boys academically. I feel that after one year, FBC has created not only a love for learning, but has also been a wonderful reinforement to core values and morals that my Husband and I are teaching our children. First Baptist Preschool is second to none! The curriculum is spot on with the exact mix of fun, learning about God, and developmentally appropriate academics. The entire staff has a true love for children and it shows. What also really sets this school apart is that they provide so many special events through out the year for the children and the parents are never asked to pay an additional type of fee or "donation" for any of it. Love, love, love this school!

My daughter and a few of her friends went through the preschool at First Baptist. The staff is caring and my daughter learned a lot. It was a wonderful experience and I still recommend them to this day, my daughter is going into the 9th grade!

Sensitive, caring staff for all children. They are friendly and just great to my youngest daughter. We were previously at another pre-school and needed to change. I wish I would have had my oldest in First Baptist Preschool the WHOLE time!! Just walking down the colorful hallways will set the tone for the awesome, uplifting environment of this preschool!!!

Best choice in Cumming. First Baptist has become my kids' second home and I couldn't have asked for a better preschool environment. Not only do they teach my kids, but they also love them. Upon entering Kindergarten, my teachers asked where we went to preschool and when I said, "First Baptist", they laughed and said, "We figured - she's so prepared!" You won't find another preschool in Cumming that will offer the educational, spiritual, and emotional guidance that First Baptist offers.
