The atmosphere at this church is something really special. Fresh, friendly modern worship and Biblically sound teaching. Pastor Sean Lovejoy is engaging, sweet, funny Southern man and his preaching is often out of the park good. Something I really enjoy is that associate pastors often preach in rotation to him and they are all good. music is uplifting and fun, the chidcare is well organized, safe and engaging. The ononcern I have is that they don't make their finances public or have them audited publicly.I don't think they are doing anything wrong, the church is heavily involved in missions to Africa and they give to the community but that is not a good way to be accountable. I wish those books were open and hope that changes However the way they include people in all other aspects of the church is really heartwarming. Mountainlake really makes it easy for people to grow in community and in Christ.
