If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I have gone three different times with the same problem. Each time some one new helped me and they all gave me different "solutions" to my problem. Not one has fixed it and one guy even installed a malicious app, but they refuse to do anything else. None of the tech guys know what they are doing. Save yourself the trip. Go somewhere else where the people are actually helpful.
