Couldn't find enough good things to say about Mike Smith. He's worked on all our cars for years, and its always the same. Honest, tell you like it is, fix things right the first time, and do it all at a fair price....thats how he works. I trust Mike implicitly, and know that he'll always do a great job. Best mechanic around!

Total Automotive, Inc. came highly recommended to me by a long time family friend. After going to the same mechanic for years I was reluctant to try a new one but I did. I can't tell you how glad I am that I met Mike Smith at Total Automotive. He is a very honest businessman and very easy to deal with. His prices were fair and my repairs were completed in a timely manner. Very professional indeed! If you need a great auto mechanic.....give Mike a call. You'll be glad you made the change too!
This is a GREAT place to get your car serviced. Mike Smith with Total Automotive, Inc came highly recommended. I was a little nervous since everyone we had used up to this point as a mechanic was dishonest; I really did not trust anyone!!! Mike changed my view. Finally, I had found someone that would not rip me off -I found him to be the most honest mechanic around, very helpful-great advice on my vehicles (we have had 3). My husband and I will never take our cars to anyone else. I really appreciate Mike taking the time to get to know us not just as customers but as people. We have been using Total Automotive for the past 6 years and knowing what good hands we are in for our automotive needs is one less thing to have to stress about!!!
I was a huge fan and a customer of Mike Smith at Total Automotive for 2 years. Not any more. I bought a used jeep for my daughter and paid Total Automotive a $1000 to make it dependable. The jeep's engine froze up in less than 30 days. My daughter only drove 15 miles a day. Mike felt no responsibility in the matter. He offered to charge me $2300 for a used motor that I could buy for $1400 and charge me a discounted $1300 to put the motor in. I found another mechanic who will do it for $700. Needless to say, I've lost all respect for Total Automotive and Mike Smith.

A note of thanks when it comes to reliability, honesty and outstanding performance, Total Automotive's Owner Mike Smith has always gone above and beyond when it comes to doing it right the first time. 2 years we were on vacation when our car broke-down in GA, even though we had our car looked at in another state prior to our trip, and was assured by another mechanic everything was fine, the truth was different, by the time we arrived in GA, our radiator was shot, alternator was bad our car was undriveable we were stranded. Mike got us in and repaired our car, in spite of our extreme time crunch. Then recently we had another problem with our daughters car, and after multiple trips to mechanics, and a dealer where the problem was still unresolved we had to have the car towed to our home, living 3 states away. We called Mike. He literally helped us correctly diagnosed the issue, after 2 weeks of frustration and loss of money and time. He was so helpful! That what I call Extreme Customer Service!
It is rare that someone would take that kind of time to take care of a customer.
A Big Thank You to Total Automotive and to Mike!
