Authorities said he stole $12K worth of plants, potting soil and equipment from a local nursery.
A Cumming man was arrested earlier this week after being accused of stealing $12,000 worth of plants, potting soil and equipment from a local nursery, according to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Ted Paxton said Herbert Martin Lynn, 44, of Melodie Lane, was taken into custody on Tuesday, March 6 after witnesses provided investigators information that pointed to Lynn as a suspect. A search warrant was obtained and most of the property reported stolen, in addition to some property that had not yet been discovered taken, was recovered at Lynn’s residence.
