Prince Brothers' Funeral Service To Be Tuesday in Suwanee –Suwanee Patch The funeral service for Griffin and Jake Prince, the Buford brothers who were killed in a boating collision last month on Lake Lanier, will be Tuesday in Suwanee. The service will be at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 4833 Suwanee Dam Road, according to a statement issued Monday by representatives of the Prince family. This church is near North Gwinnett High School. The Prince family asks that attendance be limited to family and close friends, the spokesperson said. No Wait Driver Services

The Department of Driver Services finds more Georgians are still showing up in person at local customer service centers to take care of their motor vehicle business rather than accessing the Internet.

Data shows that roughly 70 percent of Department of Driver Services (DDS) customers still travel to a local customer service center like the one in Cumming, leaving about 30 percent of customers who are using the Internet, according to the government agency. "At DDS we are continually looking to identify cost saving and efficient methods to improve our customer service to you, such as offering several payment options including credit and debit cards," DDS states on its Web site. New Driver Services Facility Running Smoothly

Cumming's new facility offers convenient, efficient service to satisfied customers.

The new Georgia Department of Driver Services operations opened Tuesday and offers the same services offered at the former County Way location in North Forsyth, but, according to Richard Turpin, Center Manager, it will “be offering more in the near future.”  Located at 400 Aquatic Circle, off Pilgrim Mill Road (exit 16 of GA 400), the 9,000 square foot facility broke ground about three months ago according to Turpin and was funded by the city of Cumming.  According to the DDS Web site, Commissioner Greg Dozier stated that “DDS will continue to find new and innovative ways to provide excellent customer service in the most efficient and convenient way possible.”  The building was designed accordingly.
