This week's Moms Talk Q&A deals with the discussion of religion.
Lent is nearly over and Easter weekend is upon us. The stores are filled with images of this Christian celebration. Is it something you’ve done and then weaned with success? A: My first child was in ICU for a month before coming home and I craved a bond with her that most moms experience in their hospital room. Interesting discussion. As a mom with two small children and being a person of faith I do not feel that I can passively wait for my children to want to talk to me about religion. I am not implying that any one in this comment thread was suggesting this. I believe that I should be proactive in teaching them about grace, mercy, sin, eternity. I would not leave their math learning to their math …   more ›
