Abby is a beautiful Lab and Dalmatian mix born on March 22, 2012. Abby is young, beautiful, full of love and deaf. She is in a foster home right now and gets along with all living things and has a love for life that is simply amazing. She lives in a home with a 2-year-old child and does great. Abby loves other dogs and cats, and loves to play. Please open your heart and home to this beautiful girl, she will not let you down. Meet Kecia, a cute black and white female born around last March. She is currently living with a loving foster family where she's learning to be a great house cat. She enjoys playing with other cats and chasing her toy mice. Patch Pets of Forsyth County

Meet four adorable fur babies waiting to be adopted out from the Humane Society of Forsyth County.

Sweet Sadie is a Sheltie, Aussie, Border Collie-mix with an estimated birthdate of July 7, 2008. She has beautiful, soft "Sheltie hair" and while is very shy when you first meet her, she'll eventually warm up to you. Small kids may be too much for Sadie as she tends to be frightened by their attention. Popcorn is a gorgeous Blue Point-Siamese-mixed male born around November 20, 2010. He currently lives with a loving foster family where he's learning to be a great house cat. But Popcorn is patiently waiting for his forever home. Trece is a male Chihuahua with an estimated birthdate of April 30, 2012. He is an egomaniac, very funny, great with other small dogs, but wants to be the boss of them. Meet Mittens, Today's Patch Pet

Meet Esmerelda, a beautiful little black female with short hair who was born around April 20, 2011. Currently she lives at the adoption center with lots of kitty roommates. She loves being petted but is also fairly independent. In fact, she wouldn't mind being the only cat in the house.  Schooner is a male Hound mix with an estimated date of birth of April 6, 2010. He is a great dog, great with children and loves to be around people, and relishes attention. He enjoys chasing bugs and rolling in the grass on hot sunny days. Currently he's working on learning house manners. Schnooner dreams of being part of a loving family, where he is well cared for and appreciated. Meet Peach on Patch and a Few Others

Adoption fees for Peach and Kristen Dunst have been reduced to $50 at the Humane Society of Forsyth County.

Meet Peach, a handsome black and white short hair female born around May 31, 2010. She currently lives at the adoption center with lots of kitty roommates. She loves cuddling and petting and hopes to find her forever home soon. Kristen Dunst, similar in markings as Peach, is a sweet black and white female born around May 6, 2010. Her most distinctive feature is her golden amber eyes. She currently lives at the adoption center in a room where she can roam with other kitties. Quite unexpectedly, she found herself to be a momma this spring. But is done raising her kittens and they have left the nest -- now it's her turn to find a forever home. Man's Best Friend Friday in Forsyth

Meet Kudzu and Nahla, two young dogs, looking for their forever home.

Kudzu is a Lab mix who was born around Aug. 17, 2009. He is the happy-go-lucky type and is well behaved with everyone he meets. He will make a wonderful family pet. He enjoys chasing a soccer ball and would love his forever home to have a fenced yard. Kudzu would do best in a home without children or other pets and with proper training he'll make a loyal companion. Kudzu does not do well with cats so he must go to a cat-free home. Nahla is a Lab/Mastiff mix born around Feb. 15, 2011. She is a very sweet girl who needs a family with a lot of love and energy to give. Patch Pets, Bonded Pair Looking for a Home

Groucho and Gretta are two long hair black Chihauhaus approximately 7- and 8-years-old who can only be adopted out TOGETHER as they are a bonded pair. They were found abandoned and starving by a police officer. They are now healthy and strong, about seven pounds each, playful and very affectionate. The male is a bit shy yet loves to be with people he learns to trust, the female is immediately friendly and neither dog is in any way aggressive. They are house trained and walk together on leashes. They are exceptionally sweet, loving and peaceful dogs. They need a somewhat quiet environment and may adjust better in a home without other pets. They are spayed and neutered, have had all their shots, have had recent "dentals" and blood work and …

She is anxiously waiting for someone to adopt her and shower her with the love and attention she so desperately needs. Man's Best Friend Friday, Meet Summer

It's man's best friend Friday and today meet one of the many dogs up for adoption at the Humane Society of Forsyth County.

Summer is a female French bulldog mix with an estimated birthday of January 2, 2009. She was abandoned at a boarding facility, where her family never came back to get her. She is sweet and really coming out of her shell. She would prefer not to share her home with children, as Summer will need someone with lots of love and attention to give.
