Cumming Pastor Pulled Over at Gunpoint by Police
The pastor of God's House of Prayer in Cumming was let go after the mistaken identity was realized.
A Cumming pastor was pulled over at gunpoint by Alpharetta Police after leaving SharpShooters gun range in Roswell when they mistook him for an armed robber on Feb. 16, reports wsbtv.com. God's House of Prayer Pastor Boyd Allen was with two friends on Alpharetta Highway when one of the friends realized they had left a newly purchased gun on top of the car and got out to retrieve it. Seeing the gun on top of the car, a concerned witness called police and that's what caused the confusion, according to the wsbtv.com report.
