Forsyth County residents wanting the latest scoop on what’s ahead for the community should mark their calendars to attend this year’s State of the Community Address. The event, jointly hosted by the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce and the Council for Quality Growth, will be held Thursday, May 3 at the Forsyth Conference Center, located at 7745 Majors Road in Cumming, according to a Chamber news release. Guest speakers include, Forsyth County Commission Chairman Jim Boff, Forsyth County Schools Board Chairman Tom Cleveland and Cumming Mayor H. Ford Gravitt.
