About Julie
Julie Schwartz, MS, RDN, CSSD, LD, ACSM-HFS, Certified Wellness Coach is owner of NutriWell Coaching & Yoga, a nutrition and wellness coaching practice and yoga studio offering weight loss, healthy eating, yoga, Qi Gong, corporate wellness and the most unique weight loss and healthy eating program available anywhere. She received her undergraduate degree in Health Education/ Health Promotion from the University of Florida and received her graduate degree in Sports Nutrition from Georgia State University and became a registered dietitian nutritionist. Julie was among the first nutrition professionals in the country to achieve status of Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics.
Julie is a certified and licensed executive wellness coach with over 12 years experience in wellness coaching She has over 25 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and corporations in wellness, weight loss, sustainable weight managment, healthy eating, sports nutrition, healthy living, and personal training. Julie partners with her clients to focus on positive steps, and energizing attitudes guiding her clients to achieve realistic goals aligned with their dreams, lifestyle, and values.
Julie has presented to audiences of hundreds on Wellness Coaching and Weight Loss at national conferences and workshops. Julie has been a featured nutrition expert on CNN, The Today Show, Atlanta Local ABC and NBC affiliates, and Albany, GA local ABC and Fox affiliates, as well as numerous print media.
