My wife Donna and I moved to Forsyth County in August of 2004 and absolutley love it!  Our eight year old son, Brandon, is a second grader at Horizon Christian Academy.
We moved here from Gwinnett County to start the Keller Williams Realty office on Lake Center Parkway.  After 4+ years of growing the office and serving as Broker, I returned to the sales side in 2008.  Of course, the biggest question I got was "WHY!"  The answer is I saw a real opportunity to provide more value than ever to home buyers and sellers because the market became much more complex.  I dedicated myself to becoming a local economist and studying the market on a daily basis.  I facilitate a monthly class for realtors reviewing the residential market data for Forsyth County and the surrounding area.  The Cumming Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce reached out and asked if I could provide some information to their membership, since the local residential market plays such a significant factor for the business community.  So for the last 2+ years, I've hosted a Residential Real Estate Roundtable each quarter that is open to everyone in the community.
