Input Wanted for 2014 FCS Superintendent Search

The Forsyth Board of Education is in the process of developing a leadership profile that will be used in the search for the new superintendent.

Members of the Forsyth County Board of Education request your assistance in developing a leadership profile that will be used in the search for the new superintendent.

At the Forsyth County Board of Education meeting last week, Superintendent Dr. L.C. “Buster” Evans notified the Board of his plan to retire from the field of public education on June 30, 2014.

On Thursday, Gov. Nathan Deal announced that Evans will join the Department of Corrections as the assistant commissioner of Education effective July 1.
